Both Cal + Doug are keen gardeners and have created two home gardens together in Ashfield, NSW - one of which can be seen in its early stages on Gardening Australia. They have now also created and cared for a number of gardens for clients throughout Sydney.

Cal holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from UTS, where he works as a sessional academic. He has two years experience at Paterson Design Studio, where he worked on projects from concept through to documentation with a focus on planting design.

Doug is an emerging artist whose work focuses on themes of landscape through the lens of his gardening practice. He has had solo and group exhibitions nationally and has been exhibited internationally in China, Spain, and the Philippines. He currently has work on display in the Macquarie Group collection, Sydney and is represented in Brisbane, QLD by Aster + Asha Gallery.
